Shes kind of flirty with other guys and she has really close friends that are guys. Shes out all day and I rarely see her. I live with my brother and I don't think they spend that much time together. She hid cancer from her mom, sister and the rest of her family. They had no idea she had cancer. I just have that gut feeling shes cheating. I don't have any solid evidence, other than her behavior. What should I do?

Without absolute proof, mind your own business!!

If you speak to your brother about your "gut feeling", you will be creating a lot of unnecessary pain for both of them. Just mentioning it to him with no evidence is unkind and useless.

And about the cancer...This action of hers has nothing to do with her 'maybe' cheating. Many people do not tell their families of a dire illness. Do not let your brain tell you that if she can hide this, she can hide other things. Be a good brother and say nothing unless you are sure...

BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING to your brother you better damn well have HARD evidence or you could damage your relationship with him for quite a long time. But if have hard evidence, I personally would want to be told. LOL

i like pet lover's idea, get a fake email and flirt with her online if she has messenger and arrange to meet and go out on a date or something... tell him how you feel because of her behavior just for him to be aware but dont go straight to saying she's being unfaithful when you have no proof. try to find out more info.

Unless you have solid evidence,I would say keep your mouth shut. She is entitled to have male friends. You don't need to start problems for her and your brother,if there's no proven reason too!

Your brother knows that she is the flirty type, that is how she got his attention....

With that said, it is not your place, proof or not...to interfer with his love life.....and since you live with him, it might make living arangements uncomfortable, espceially if you are wrong.

Stay out of it until you have concrete evidence. Then bust her.

Don't interfere. It may be your brother, but it is his relationships.

If she really is cheating on him, he will find out in time.

I hope?
