A true super hero doesn't fly around in a cape, or dodge bullets. A true hero is someone who goes out of their way to be assistance to those who are need ,with out expecting ANYTHING in return. Helping your elderly neighbor go out to the store, helping the homeless(and not just on holidays), babysitting for friends so they can go out once in awhile-if friend is a single mom babysitting for her or him and secretly clean for them while they out, there are many things a TRUE HERO can do to make lives of people just a little easier. The clinch (you CANNOT expect anything in return)
