I have such a bad headache, I cant stop thinking about my ex bf, and what he has done to me. He hurt me very badly. All I have been doing is crying, and I dont want to feel like this anymore. I feel very alone, very betrayed. I dont know what to do? Today is Valentines Day, and I just feel even worst. How can I cope?

Is it the end?
I've not spoken to my close female friend for 2 months as we got to close.I told her that I wanted no contact so that I could get over my feelings for her. She only wanted to be friends.

I've tried to get bck in touch as I've got over her now and I'm interested in another girl.I've apologised if I wasn't tactful in the way I said I wanted no contact for awhile

She's txt bck:i really do not have the energy to keep explaining things to you.I will be civil but i'm afraid i feel the close friendship is lost, try to move on please, all the best in life

Never be friends again?

Why she like this - she wanted to be friends....surely she'll still not be hurting from me not wanting no contact for awhile........?

Seeing her on Friday-said she'll be civil.Advice on how to cope?

p.s. her comment of not having energy to keep explaining things to me is when she didn't want to further than friends---THAT WAS 3 MONTHS AGO!!!

I didn't know him. This is pissing me off, should i have done something or just attribute it to him taking his aggression out on strangers.

lets assume that boys get sexual urges from age 9-11 [the phenomenom of 'kisschase' etc]

if you send your son to an all-boys school, what is he supposed to do with those urges - kiss the other boys??

is this why all-boys schools have the reputation that they do?

who IN THEIR RIGHT MIND would send their son to one of these schools? i am struggling to understand the mentality behind it.

Why do we laugh when something is funny?
Why do we cry when we're sad or happy?
Why do we smile when we're happy?
Why do we yawn when we're tired?
Why do we scrunch our eyebrows when we're mad or disgusted?

Whenever I eat.. i'll feel sick after
If I think about new experiences.. I'll start feeling sick
If I think about my future.. I'll feel sick
If I get invited out.. I start feeling sick

I still go out and eat and all that but I always have a sicky feeling in my stomach and also thinking bout having dinner at someones house, I wont because I stop myself.. I've been like this since I was a little kid and it wont stop! It makes me feel like I have no confidence at all and as though I only feel safe in my own house.. yet can start feeling abit funny!

I no this is stupid but its actually quite upsetting! Pleaseee advise me!

This happened to me recently when I was coming back from lunch. I was very full, so I couldn't walk overly fast. Anyway, One that was taller than me and possibly lighter came up to me and put both his hands on my chest with his fingers on my v-neck. He asked for money, saying he was very hungry. But, I shook my head and walked away. It felt ickky as his hands moved from my chest to my arm. I was sleeveless and his hands were freezing. I then jerked free, but he grabbed hold of my arm. I screamed and he let me go.

What I mean is sometimes I feel like some kind of weirdo because of the way people react to me... It's like people think I am some kind of genius or something and I'm not.. I just have a large store of general knowledge about alot of subjects.. astronomy, botany, ornithology, biology, zoology etc etc. But when I say something like.. "Look, see that group of stars? that is the constellation Canis Major, and that star is called Sirius." People look at me like I am a freakin alien.. and then its always "How did you know that?" either that or they just completely ignore what I say, and continue talking about themselves. Why do other people think it is strange to know about the world around you? It seems that others are threatened by knowledgeable, curious people and ostracize or ignore them because of it.. at least thats how I see it. Does anyone else feel like that sometimes, Or is it just me?

For instance, I saw The Departed last night. They played comfortly numb, but not by pink floyd it was like a cover band. when i was watching the news a couple hours later there was an ad for one of those compilation cds, and one of the songs scrolling down was called Comfortly numb by the departed. That kind of thing happens to me all the time. Another example I was talking with someone about something that happened with an old acquaintance, then the very next day this person was on the news being interviewed randomly, and it was at bar were you know i just happened to glance at the tube at the percise moment the dude appeared. is this common for people, because these kind of things happen to me very often and i find it very strange.

f someone asked how can we define failure, we can simply say that ..... more

Failure is an important part of your success, as much so, as not repeating your mistakes. :)

1. "Failing to act on the dreams and visions you have for yourself"

2. "Not picking yourself up after you mess up"

3. "Hurting others for personal gain, whether on purpose or accident"

4. "Failing to understand WHY you are on this planet in the first place"

5. "Failing to understand that you are here to serve others, and in exchange your needs will be taken care of"

6. "Failing to continually raise your standards each day"

7. "Accepting complacency"

negative. I have to explain everthing in total detail to her
and it makes me feel like I'm on the defensive side. How
