I would need to know more to answer this question better. In brief it sounds like you may take responsibility for things or events that you actually have no control over. Why? Could be alot of reasons, like I said...... need to know more. I can say the biggest culprit is probably low self-esteem, and/or a desire to be accepted.

My problem was unforgiveness of others, even though i said "i forgive" with my mind, not heart. Then I think I felt guilty for having unforgivness stored in in for so long a time, every thing seemed as if it was "my" fault and it "was", because of my unforgivness of others in the past.
