Everyone here in the United States seems to be afraid of something, including me. Fear is an instinctive reaction, however when lacking stimuli, it roams free in our conscious mind and sub-conscious creating paranoia, phobias, neuroses, compulsions, and even psychotic breaks. is it simply the lack of stimuli?

This night, I had a terrible night-mare. I dreamt that my friend Tom was dying, and eventually, he died and I remember seeing him in a coffin. When I woke up, I was all shocked. Now, every time I see (or hear, or think) about my friend, I'm overwhelmed by very intense negative feelings. I feel like I am going to puke, I feel like I am dying.

If so, How do we discover it?
How can this purpose be used to its full potential?
If not, Why?
I think we do but Im not going to say anything in detail I just want to hear some good explanations on why or why not.

I always hear people saying it! I am sick and tired of it. What do you think they mean when they say it? Also, what do you think their intentions of saying it are?

I noticed that I talk to myself when I'm drunk.

Like I'm two different people.
Actually. There's Georgi & SoFie.
SoFie is the drunk one...& Georgi is the one telling SoFie "No More" or "You have to go to bed now..."

Is this strange????

I was walking with my husband in Amman, Jordan (where he is from) and we were having a great time shopping and laughing together.
We came upon a baby with only a diaper on sitting in the street (an infant, maybe a couple months old). My husband leaned down to ask this baby girl what she was doing alone and to pick her up so we could find her mom and all of a sudden the baby started talking in a VERY SCARY old woman voice. She said that she knew my husband, that her son went to school with him. The conversation went on for a while, but I can't remember all of it. I woke up sooooo frightened that I never went back to sleep! My husband said to laugh it off, but I can't shake it. The voice is stuck in my head.
Does anybody know if this dream has any significance??
Please help!!!
Thanks!

Because I never do, I'm starting to have very low self-confidence, depression, and I have no more hope. Everytime I really want to do something, I end up failing to do it......
*What should I do?
