~Depression and anxiety is a disorder, but can be treated! You need to see your family doctor or specialist. They will more than likely refer you to a specialist or prescribe something for you themselves.
I just gone done answering a question like this. I hope you don't stay stuck in that rut, it's hard to ask for help in the beginning, but once you feel better, you'll be so happy that you got help.
You are not crazy, it's a chemical imbalance. It's easy to do nothing, choose something, choose life.
You need help to overcome this, if it goes on too long, it's harder to treat. It won't go away by itself.
The quiz below is just a start, to inform yourself.
I wish you the best of luck.~

Not normal but pretty common in the material world. The reason why people have this is because this is not our real home. This world is called Maya(illusions) and is temporary and full of misery. We are not these bodies, IE; race, color, religion, nationality, job, intelligence, senses, etc. WE are eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul. We have to reconnect with Him also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. to actually be happy. We can not be happy separate from our maker. the quickest and easiest way to reconnect is to chant His names go to krishnaculture. for complete details. We never die only the body dies. Committing suicide will only prolong ones suffering though. One will end up being a Ghost (disembodied soul) who incessantly thinks of their misery and has no senses to enjoy and no one sees or hears them. It is a worse condition than before for a very long time.

those feelings would certainly be a sign of your disorder. sometimes you have to ignore what you feel like doing and do what you know is the healthiest thing for you to do. It sounds like part of you is aware that something isn't quite right and isn't comfortable with that. Go to a counselor and do what you think would be best, not what you "want" to do..with help you can find a way to not let those feelings ruin your quality of life.

Are you depressed, lonely, tired of being alone or just feel like you can't make it.. Then what you can do is, talk to someone about it.. Talk to your friends, family or to your doctor..
I find that if you talk to a friend or someone you can trust, it helps relief tension.. If you feel frustrated, talk to someone, it helps..
Feeling down and out, talk to a friend, your mom or dad, is a good one to talk to.. I know I keep repeating myself, but.. I've go through depression at times..
When I think of how my life is, never had a women in my life, except to be friends with.. Don't know what loves all about, never knowing if I'm ever going to meet some who will love me as I am..
Going out to malls or take a walk down town, seeing everyone with someone holding hands and kissing and things like that.. And there's me, with no one.. That stinks, I can't have love either, that's stinks.. Well that can be very depressing, to me...

It is normal for people to feel this way at times. Especially after a particularly stressful or sad event. But, if it doesn't go away or keeps coming back, then it is depression. Talk to a family member you trust, someone at your church, or see your doctor.

So now and returned it somewhat is a individual element that no person else will understand.

I think it is a natural reaction to feeling inferior to the rest of your tribe or pack or family or whatever. . . your choice is what you do with the feeling, not what you are feeling however, and getting better is a lot more fun than not getting better. And nothing beats fun for a good time.
