Probably a ghost (disembodied soul looking for a body to inhabit) they just want to try to enjoy someones senses sense tehy do not have any) Anyone who commits suicide, or is killed abruptly, or body not cremated becomes a ghost.

me..when i walk downstairs to go to the kitchen at night. i feel as tho sumone is outside looking through the window at me.i KNOW no one is there,cause EVERYNIGHT its the same thing.im just really paranoid at nights. its hard for me to sleep cause i always gotta open my eyes an check.

it happens to me. The same when I am in my kitchen upstairs and think somebody is downstairs. It's just my imagination though. x

me, someone is usually walking by really slow to see what I'm up to, or stopping, preteding to do something else to see what I am up to, or maybe it's that camera behind me....
