until your "worry time"..so to speak???? some things just drive me crazy....and i am a busy person??....Your worry time is when you can analyze better!!!and if you can't come to an answer...you just have to let it go!!! there is nothing you can do...

It doesn't obsess you, you are obsessed with it. obsess >verb: To fill the mind of something continually and disturbingly. You are responsible for your thoughts. You choose to let it obsess you. This can easily be determined by asking yourself the question, If I don't control my thoughts who does? Once you take responsibility for your own thoughts you have the freedom to choose to let something bother or not.

If you are obsessing over something that you cannot solve or don't have time to think about, find something else to occupy your time. If you have to get it resolved, then sit down and think it over until you come to a conclusion.
