Imagine this.....
You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night. It's raining
heavily when suddenly you pass by a bus stop, and you see three people
waiting for a bus:

1. An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.

2. An old friend who once drove you to Hospital and saved your life.

3. The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.

Who would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing very well that there
could only be a seat for just one passenger in your car?
Think before you continue reading...

This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once used as part of a job
application.

Would you pick up the old lady because she is going to die, and thus save
her first; or you could take the old friend because he once saved your
life, and this would be the perfect chance to pay him back?

However, you may never be able to find your perfect mate again.

The candidate who was hired (out of 200 applicants) had no trouble

Please could you offer me some advice:

My collegue and I have just had a disagreement over purchasing some envelopes. Take it from me, the situation was all her fault because she ordered the wrong ones. When I asked her If she could speak to the company or cancel the order she told me to "back Off" and leave her alone (This really upset me). She is the sort of person who doesnt like to accept they are in the wrong. I just caught her tittle tattling to another collegue about the situation where I was not at fault. She would have turned it around to make it my fault!!.

What do I do:

1) Ask the other collegue what she said,
2) Leave it lie and be very(overly) Friendly to her,
3) Other (please state)

Any other advice would be helpful.

Thanks

I keep having the same dream where I'm in a posh hotel, I thought the significance was the hotel at first then I thought it was about the fact I'm always trying to get out, then I realised it's the staircase that's significant. When I'm scared I'm running up them but when I'm casually walking to the doors I'm going down them.

You've probably haven't heard of a 16-year-old boy having a nightmare about 1 of his former girlfriends french-kissing him at the 2nd Battle of Ypres while everyone else is trying to fight and kill, and then, at 2:30p.m., he's strung up for that, when his former girlfriend started and she should be strung up, later. On April 23rd, 1915, at 11:45p.m. in the nightmare, I'm at the French troops' trench killing (so is the former girlfriend). And after were back at the german trench (me and my former girlfriend were german in the nightmare). And at nearly 12:24p.m., I have my 118th bullet ready to load, and after I load the bullet, I turn to her, she has an evil grin on her face. I'm like "what?" She takes off my coat, her coat (leaves our other clothes on), her german spike helmet while I just have a regular ball-cap on, she drops me HARD on the dirty ground, and starts french-kissing me for 2 hours STRAIGHT!!! near the end, at 2:30 p.m., I'm strung up, by order of the german commander.

I need to source a copy of 'Time in Animal Behavior' by M., Richelle & H., Lejeune from 1980 for my psychology module next term which is for my psychology degree. I have tried the usual places like eBay, Amazon along with several other online book stores but the book is out of print now apparently. Anyone got a copy they want to sell or know of where I could find one? Thanks!
