I don't precisely know about Myanmar and Sri Lanka. I heard Pakistan has a high rate due to herion addicts, women treated badly and perhaps umemployment. As for Bangla, the rate is pretty high. Everyday there are atleast 2 or 3 suicides due to extreme poverty, massive overpopulation and women oppression.
Women in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh all sufffer from oppression therefore it is one major factor in all these 3 countries.

As someone said, it is very hard to compare as all these south asian countries have different characteristics. However, all these countries in general have a relatively high rate. I am from Bangla and I know the suicide rate there is quite high. I don't doubt the same situation in surrounding India.

Your question requires considerabl refinement.

1. It is hard to find similar countries to India, because:

a. there are no other states in the region with such a Hindu predominance in the population.
b. The political structures of neighbouring states are very different. Myanmar, for instance is a millitary dictatorship with one of the most repressive regimes in the world, Sri Lanka has just come out of a civil war...
c. The economic positions of these states differs enormously, with Bangladesh very much in the doldrums.
d. The situation within India itself is highly varied, with enormous differences in living standards and lifestyles accross the country.

2. Suicide statistics outside the wealthy Protostant world are notoriously fickle. This is because there suicide is regarded as shameful: thus, suicides are often recorded as Accidental Deaths to spare the families shame in the event of suicides.

The available data suggest that suicide deaths in Asia may account for the majority of suicides that occur in the world every year. This significant contribution occurs primarily because of the large population sizes of some Asian countries. Together, China, India, and Japan account for more than 40% of all world suicides, and Asia in total may in fact account for up to 60% of all suicides (World Health Organization, accessed 2006). If we apply to Asia commonly used estimates (namely, that there are approximately one million suicides in the world each year, 10 to 20 times as many suicide attempts as deaths, and 5 to 6 people affected by each suicide death or serious suicide attempt), then these figures suggest that up to 60 million people, each and every year, may be affected by suicide in Asia.
