All music? Highly unusual, but there are a couple of psychological conditions that can cause someone to avoid music. Synesthesia is a condition where the wires get crossed somewhere in a patient's brain, causing the signal from a particular sensation to be perceived by the wrong center of the brain, so if the patient hears music, he also sees colors or tastes a flavor that changes with the type and intensity of the music. It's possible that a synesthesia patient might experience pain or discomfort from hearing music.
Also, there may be neuroses related to traumatic events earlier in a patient's life that are triggered by the sound of music (e.g. as a child, the patient knew he or she was about to be beaten when the volume was turned up on the radio to drown out the crying) The sound of music playing becomes associated with an unpleasant memory, and avoidance is a coping strategy.
Autism can also form an avoidance of music (loud music, at any rate), because the patient simply can't filter out all the stimuli coming in to his senses, and music might simply overload them.
I suppose there are also paranoid schizophrenics who avoid music or any media because they believe there are subliminal messages or other such mind control signals embedded in it. Don't have statistics available for how many actually exhibit this kind of behavior, but I'm willing to believe it does happen (heck, I knew a guy a long time ago who wore an aluminum foil helmet on his head whenever he was home, to block the government mind-control satellite signal)
Most people have a preference for different styles of music, so if your question is geared toward a particular person, maybe they just don't like the same kind of music as you. (I have a guy in my office who listens to nothing but the sappiest, tear-in-my-beer, my-dog-got-run-over, and-my-wife's-a-cheating-whore kind of country music... we finally had to have an intervention)

I wouldn't go so far as to say I hate all music, but I rarely listen to music. A few times a year I may put on a classical CD to help me sleep or relax, but that it about it! When I am in the car, I only listen to talk radio (usually financial, sometimes sports). I have on occasion listened to a new Latin song, but it's rare!
I always thought I was the only one like this, but my girlfriend is basically the same way. She rarely listens to any music, and when she does, it is only to listen to music that she uses for her Chinese dance performances.

specific. some human beings do unlike music in any respect, simply by fact considering different human beings love music lots, they turn it on loud, which annoys the guy who hate noises, then seems to hate music. Or someone who think of that listening to hint is a waste of time.

I worked with one gal who insisted she hated all music. Hard for me, personally, to comprehend. She did crafts, liked to cook but did not listen to music if she had a choice in the matter.

Just a guess, but i think if you were to have high sensitivity autism or auditory problems to frequencies, it might be disturbing . I think people hate some genre of music,
but hey, just give me a beat!

Maybe they just hate a certain music style. I don't know anybody who hates all music. Music moves our senses.
