and should the word be struck from the dictionary, as there are more bastards now than ever there were, due to folks not getting wedded before they get bedded. What I mean to say is, that bastards are far to common now to differentiate, so the word is dead.

I need some advice. I am currently in a dead end job that i dont really like. I have a two year college degree in business. I am considering working for the post office as a mail carrier and going to school at night to get a 4 year degree, but this will be hard and will take time. The other option i am considering is joining the Army for two years and then going to school on the GI bill. I think the army could give me discipline, which i need. I dont want to keep doing what i am doing now. Also I am 25 yrs old. Thanks.

There's this girl i work with, she's 19 and got pregnant by her 18 year old boyfriend. he told her to get rid of it and said he will never pay child support and that he would state hop. so she told me "I have to get rid of it" and I said "Why don't you give it up for adoption?" she said she couldnt afford it and I said well the person who adopts it will pay for it, and she said "Yeah..." and changed the subject.

I love this girl, i feel so sorry for her, she's like my little sister. But I heard she went through with it, this "surgery", and now she's at work and cant move very well, and she looks very stressed and unhappy. I love her, but I feel so bad for her and about her... I feel weird around her. I can't look at her the same way. I try to treat her normally but I feel so strange about it all.

I am very prolife. I feel terrible that maybe I should have pressed a little harder to stop the abortion, but I didn't want to pry. Am I part of the murder?

arggh. Okay.. I went out last weekend and there was this boy and i only know of him, i dont actually know him, hes my sister's friend's friend lol. right, and he didnt really notice me, hes single and just a bit older than myself. Can any boys.. or girls, give me any ways to make him notice me, but please dont post stupid answers like "flash him" because they wont help belive it or not lol.

my freinds come round about twice a week, and we get up to a lot of mischief > prank calls, dares etc, then my next door neighbour comes round and the fun dies instantly, nobody wants him to be there because he just kills the fun and starts atention seeking, and we are constantly thinking of schemes to get rid of him lol but lately we could not think of any, and as he is still comeing round, the last few weeks have been terrible and we are still trying to think of a better plan! please help us!

(This question is being asked in more than one relevant section, to enable more people to consider it.)

I'd set the machine for 50 years in the future, in hopes of finding that the USA again had a fair-minded, sensible and egalitarian U.S. Supreme Court -- the way it was BEFORE "President" Bush **destroyed** it -- which was at last systematically RESTORING personal liberties to Americans.

If that weren't the case yet, I'd set the machine to take me farther ahead, in 10-year increments, until I found a time when that were true... OR the USA had become an unthinkable tyranny (traceable back to Bush's unspeakable mistakes).

If THAT were the outcome, I'd set it for 1974 -- the year after the Emancipation of American girls and women (via Roe vs. Wade), and the year that Nixon resigned... and then RE-live the GOOD years: 1975-2000.

Considering **NO other variables**, would YOU take that journey if you could? And for those reasons?
