A therapist can't prescribe anything. Only a doctor or a psychiatrist can perscribe drugs.

Not unless he or she is a medical doctor. Only M.D.'s can prescribe medications. However, a college therapist can help in other ways, and perhaps refer someone to a medical doctor/psychiatrist.

No, an MD or a psychiatrist ( Who will also be an MD) are the only ones who can.
