Is it just to 'shut the door of opportunity' to a white man, simply because of his race and sex? Is it just to descriminate against a white man because of the wrongs of his forefathers? Think about it, if it's not wrong to discriminate against white males, why is it wrong to discriminate against women, and/or minorities?

Also, what if the man is married and/or has children, is Affirmative Action also shutting the door on his wife and children?

Linda Hirshman argues: “Choice feminism” claims that staying home with the kids is just one more feminist option. Funny that most men rarely make the same “choice.” Exactly what kind of choice is that?

The article continues on to support this and say that essentially women should be active in the work place, take their education seriously and USE it as opposed to going off and getting married/having kids and staying home.

A lot of people feel this is judgemental. Yes, I can see why, but here is my thing: Feminism is about achieving equality, yes? and one of the places we need it is in the workplace.

If women are staying home according to traditional roles, then what hope do women, especially as wives/mothers, have in finding equality in the workplace?

I just connect with non American women better it seems, they have all the qualities that men want in a wife Loyal, beeautiful, hardworking, aprreciative, caring, ect. Plus many of them are trying to leave ecomically depressed countries and giving them a new life in America will be much better for them. And no I don't want a submissive women or a sex slave, I have always treated women great in all my relationships and share all the responsibilities with her. I'm 6'2, 205, dark hair and green eyes. I'm also in very good shape, I work out four times a week, I'm college educated, I have a very good job, and I don't cheat at all. A women from Asia or South America would be ideal for me I think. So wha does everyone think.

about scars on a man? Ok. OK. I'm being serious this time, for maybe the second time. I only ask because I have a few on the left side of my face and I look like Frankenstein with my shirt off. Please comment on this conclusion I've come to: Intelligence and a lack of beauty are correlated with bitterness in women, along with a myriad of more commonly known traits and histories, like abusive parents, bad luck with first boyfriend or two, and bad menses, which predict bitterness much more reliably.
Sure I'm stereotyping, so don't try to shame me for doing so. You stereotype just as much as I do. It's smart and healthy to do so.
The trouble is, I find intelligence in women very attractive and would soon grow bored of an unintelligent, beautiful woman.
I find that intelligence (both intellectual and emotional) often falls apart when otherwise intelligent women are discussing their needs with their man, especially if they're living together. What types of women are most likely to have this dead zone in their intelligence?
