I assume you are asking whether we evolved (in the classic Darwinian sense) - by random selection, survival of the fittest, basically becoming the thinking, ultra complex organisms we are by pure happenstance - versus our being the product of "intelligent design."
Can argue this for years. Thinking folks can make no rational argument claiming things DIDN'T evolve, but whether or not it happened bereft of even a poorly understood or even impossible to understand underlying intelligent direction is still (and likely will be for some time to come) an actively debated issue.
The proponents of that possibility are too quick to shoot themselves in the foot with the Biblical nonsense, the Darwinian purists too quick to dismiss the possibility that we AREN'T the only intelligence in an otherwise clockwork, law driven universe.
Get "Darwin's Black box" by Behe. Read Jay Gould's stuff. Read "Other Worlds" by Paul Davies.
That's a start. Then keep reading everything you can on both sides of the issue, and in ten years or so, you might be able to offer a reasoned opinion. Most people just run off at the mouth and call names without doing much of any research. Don't be one of them. We're up to our asses in them as it is.

In the beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth.
He created all living things above the earth, on the earth, under the earth, and every living thing in the waters of the earth.
He also gave every living thing a seed of its own kind to reproduce life after its own kind.
There is no evolution.
Nothing rolled up out of the water and evolved into every living thing that is present on earth..There is no way to prove that there was.
It is strange that one amoeba is to have established every living thing. But, at the same time every gestation period, (time of conception to birth), is different for every living species on earth.
It was Intelligence. That is, In the beginning was God!

We havent evolved, the planet was ok until we messed things up. We cant call that evolve, evolve is when we improve. N' we definetly aint intellegent.
