The person who is willing to let another person lead, but not take over is the stronger person. It is not a man or woman question, but more of a personality question.
I personally, like to lead, and I think that this shows a serious character flaw. If an individual is willing to let another take the reigns per se and follow them knowing whole-hearted that they are safe, I think that make them a stronger, thus a more powerful person.
The more power that you exude, the less you actually have.
That is the long answer. Women have the above characteristics, therefore they are stronger. Grrrrrr.
