Well, to them being able to seduce men and dress like sluts is empowering because they have complete control. That isn't what female empowerment should be about and woman like those are setting horrible standards for young girls.

The sad thing is they are what the public wants or allows. These women are not worried about others they are making a ton of money. Most of the time women that do things like that really confuss being a strong woman with the fact that all they are doing is being lusted after. The sad thing is we as a society teach this to our young ladies ,apperance has always been a main topic for young women, only now days apperance has turned into a lack of clothing.

Absolutely nothing. They are victim feminists; victims of their own stupidity and ignorance. They probably feel very powerful now, but thats only because they are attractive. A personality and self image based on physical attractiveness is bound to be broken one day and all it will take is one snide comment from someone she is close to or whose opinion counts (like her breasts are starting to sag, or shes got wrinkles around her eyes.. you get the point) and she'll be whoring her *** off or snorting or both just to feel a little better. Ask them how powerful they feel when they are at 40... I would really love to know. Its just sad though how many womens lives they ruin by such behaviour.

some women think that kind of thing is empowering because they can act however they want to and not be confined by the strictures placed upon them by society. they dont conform to the socially expected norm.
a lot of prostitutes and porn stars have this same view: they can choose what to do with their body and it is therefore empowering. they control the situation.
i dont agree with it, but i can see how they think

well, yes and no.
I do not remember anyone saying that they empower women. The Dont cha song is a stripper song and they basically are silly women who can spread their legs while singing.
-sorry, they just are so silly

Sex appeal can be a very power full thing when you use it the right way.. not to be a slut but to make people think that if you needed something it wouldn't be that hard to obtain, i mean that's usually how they kill really big mafia men and stuff like that in the CIA they send in a sexy woman and she blows his brains out.. so yeah you can use sex appeal for more than just being a slut. -k-
