Assum this person is one of your best friends, loved one. parents etc. Just someone who is close to you and already knew that what makes feel bad and hurt you...and you know that he wont change b/c he/she has not changed that (attitude, habit, etc )and still keep doing that not on perpose..
will you deal with this? will you just keep forgiving and hurtin on and on?..will ignore that person?..what would you do?

Need to mention it again that, that person is a close person to you.
tnx for sharing ideas already.

I'm always changing my personality/ identity so much, i guess it's because I never am satisfied with myself. I hate it- it's really affecting my friendships and personal relationships- one day I could be friends with one person, and the next day, I am friends with another. it's like I have no integrity or something...(i'm not meaner to them, I just don't maintain bonds that I form with people, because it's hard to get along with them as before with a different personality. I'm still nice to them though) I'm definitely not one integrated whole. I starting to fear they might think me two-faced. I'm also starting to think I've multiple personality disorder...but i think that's too serious a diagnosis. but i'm worried and tired of this cycle. How do I get out of it and still be happy with myself and everything in the end?

In about a week I am finished up with the college fall semester and on to winter break for about a month. During the semester I am structured and will be more organized. However when break rolls around I tend to get out of control, by having no schedule and wasting my life away. I seem to go from one extreme while in school to the other when i get out. How can I make a good transition into the break, without losing myself like I always seem to do?

This might sound a little strange, but can you cry in your sleep for real? No just dreaming that you're crying, but actually crying. It was just the other night I had a dream and I was lying in my bed after a really crap day (in the dream...) and the next thing I woke up crying. It was really weird. Annoying thing is I don't think it was fake - I actually think I did wake up and was crying just like I had been in the dream. Either that or the whole thing was real. I couldn't tell :|

But yeah, my main question is - can you cry in your sleep for real? (so if you woke up you'd still be crying...)

Hope that makes sense :)

Past few days I've been really bored. I'm a really energetic person and I get bored VERY easily. I don't have a hobby because I quit because it was all too much presure and I wasn't enjoying it one bit. I'm starting horse riding but that's not til after X-Mas. At the moment I have no hobby and nothing to do. I'm not allowed out on my own, all my friends are on holiday/have family around and I have a flat tyre on my bike. I've drawn and wrote stories, watched tv played games but I'm just too energetic. Should I try and persuade my mum (with your tips) if I can start horse riding early or should I just sit in boredom?

It sucks being an energetic adrenaline junkie sometimes =]

Does anybody know any of those cool things you try on people where you say something like 'close your eyes, you are walking through a forest... Is it light or dark?'
And then you analyse it... Anyone know what I mean..?

Also there is picture games you can do where you analyse a drawing. Id like to learn one to try on people

Or does anybody know a website with some easy to learn psychology info? I like all of it... especially child psychology and animal psychology (if that's what you call it!?) But like basic things.

Thanks !

I have a serious problem with anger. I can be happy one minute and furious the next and it is usually over something minor.I am arguing with my wife alot and loose my cool at work all the time. I do NOT get violent, I usually just say what I think and then hold in the rest. I have gone through anger management classes in the past and it did not help at all.I have a family history of Bipolar disorder, but I don't get depressed just very angry. I do not have a regular DR. and have always been ashamed to face that I REALLY have a problem. However my mom gave me a pill from her percription of zanex(I think I spelled it wrong) to try a few days ago and it worked great,I actually felt normal.
Please give any advice that you have. What kind of DR. should I go to?

Hi,

I'm a 14 year old boy and having some hormone problems (I guess that's what they are!).

I went through a phase of questioning everything about me, which lasted 3/4 weeks.

I think this period of about 3/4 weeks has put a strain on my mind, and I've become very tired.

There was a part, at about the 3rd week, when I thought I may be bipolar, because one minute I was completely fine with who I am, and the other I was questioning myself.

Now however, I seem to be just how I was - confident with myself most of the time and pretty outgoing.

The thing is, I wake up confident, funny and outgoing, and as it gets closer and closer towards the end of the school day (3:00-4:00) I become more sad, tired and feel numb to a lot of things.

My question is:

Is it normal for a teenager to feel confident and fun most of the day, and become tired and unconfident near the end of the day?

Yet China can have NO OTHER future than that of peace and democracy if one listens to the "wisdom" of the day. That Wal-Mart's daily profiteering from and investing in Communism for two decades, with both Clinton's help, to avoid living wages at home and undermine American labor, enriching and saving a failed regime that murdered tens of millions of it's own people to maximize company profit is GOOD for the Chinese people!? This argument is as stupid and insulting today as it ever was and sadly even educated and well-meaning people puke the Hillary line despite all our expense. Wake up please, WAKE UP! Hillary and Bill Clinton, Robson and Jim Walton and David Glass and Lee Scott are traiters and should meet justice and WAL-MART IS AN OPERATING NATIONAL SECURITY RISK THAT MUST BE DISMANTLED! The future of the free world is at stake. If you choose to defend these people then first answer my question. You cant free a slave by enriching the owner so please stop asserting that stupidity!
