In about a week I am finished up with the college fall semester and on to winter break for about a month. During the semester I am structured and will be more organized. However when break rolls around I tend to get out of control, by having no schedule and wasting my life away. I seem to go from one extreme while in school to the other when i get out. How can I make a good transition into the break, without losing myself like I always seem to do?

honestly I don't see what the problem is with losing yourself... the break kind of IS a vacation after all. But if it truly bothers you then make yourself out a schedule for each day of the break before it starts.. and have a preset "prize" that you get for sticking to your schedule.. maybe you can do a small prize each day and one big prize at the end of the break.

I only moved and its a threat the dogs could pee interior if there is carpeting and the previous vendors had pets. My dogs did it two times yet stopped. do no longer wash their beds innovations-blowing away. habitual is needed. persist with a consistant habitual so they get mushy speedy. Took my dogs for walks around the section to get use to it. My dogs became into barking at everthing for a on an identical time as until she have been given use to the sounds. save a easy on once you go away and a radio to drown out sounds. Kongs are my livesavers whilst i'm no longer domicile. however the main suitable advice is habitual. appreciate your new area!

Keep doing whatever you are doing at school; reading, studying, etc. When you see yourself begin to slip, be sure to have a list of "to-do" things.
