all parents need to love all their children and make them a priority in their lives. pushing someone off to the side or ignoring them makes them want to act out more, to get more attention, then their nature becomes just that. acting out gets me attention, people are scared of me, people do what i say. its pretty powerful for a kid to know what they are capable of.

"Protect our future leaders"? That's a strange way to put it. How about; what can be done to stop the problem of bullying?
Parents need to start taking a very active role in raising their kids better, so many are lax in that area it's terrible. Schools have enough problems to deal with already, they aren't parents, they are there to educate. Having a special assembly to discuss it at school at the beginning of the year would help, but beyond that, it begins at home, just like everything else does.

Very nice question! 1. Murder/Rape 2. Sexism & The Body Image Girls Look Up To 3. Government - (Immigration, President, War, Economy) 4. Out of Control Children 5. Drugs 6. Pollution/Global Warming I have no idea how to fix them. I just wish all the parents in the world would care about their children, and I wish drugs were only made possible in medicine and every medication had to have a prescription. I wish people would stop burning garbage and see the cloud-like billows of smoke they're sending in the air. I wish people would fess up to global warming, and that the parents would actually care enough about their kids to prevent them from dying from it in the future. I wish everything was perfect. Don't we all?

Bullying is reaching epidemic proportions and I would hate to see us only led by those who were stronger and less able to contain their primitive urges.
I think the school and every Establishment has to come out as pro-actively anti bullying and make a huge statement about what kind of relationship; staff to children; staff to staff; Management to staff and vv and children to children is acceptable and what is not.
And have zero tolerance for anyone crossing the line of unacceptability.Otherwise we will have mob rule by default.

Schools implement "no tolerance" policy on bullying that includes more adult supervision on school buses.

those who need protection are not leaders. let them vanish. true leadership will come itself up and protect itself and your dreams both.
