My ex girlfriend finished with me nearly 2 months ago. The break up wasn't amicable - we were both going through lots of stress at the time. Anyway, after a month of not really talking, we started talking to each other more. She invited me round hers for lunch and a dvd, which was great, until I found myself on her sofa kissing her,and she didnt push me off. this went on for ages,and then she wanted2get back together,which i agreed to, and left.2 hours later, get a text saying she hates me, she never wants2speak2me again, and that i knew a relationship wasnt what she wanted. i apologised,and she sent this horrible text back calling me selfish, manipulative,and that she was on anti-depressants&i had ruined her life! anyway,i left it a week,and sent her a card saying that i was sorry for hurting her,& did she want to try friends....no reply...and i know she got it as she signed for it......now what?

There's a woman at work who's true colors are juuuuuuust beginning to show....and certain individuals (like me) have begun to notice how SCARY and convincing she is to other's w/how well she gets away w/her lies and acts. I actually knew from the very beginning she was this way. Don't ask me how....I don't know I just always had a nack for picking up on people's personalities b4 it eventually comes out, good or bad but anyway, I want to know what the h*ll happened to her in life!!!!!!!!!!---and other's who BEHAVE like this?!?! It isn't good for a working atmosphere & her working w/us co-workers to have to deal with her/anyone know why pathelogical liars become who they are?

I have been having these dreams for about a month now and every dream is me shooting people with a shotgun or other weapon but mostly a shotgun, almost every night it changes scenarioes like last night was a bunch of Civil War soldiers.. crawling down a hallway wounded and i was one of them..(i think it was some kind of camp like a consenstration camp) i was crawling trying to get away.. as i was crawling toward the open door i got up and ran down a steep bank and i could actually feel the awesome feeling of being free again, it was like a crazy euphoria, but it was like in 3rd person.. then he came back with a shotgun at like a reception desk.. then it turned out it was me.. and i started shooting the people that captured me and my soldiers.. with this shotgun.. and it was very violent and i remember alot of it.. and then it actually woke me up... I haven't played violent games or watched violent movies in a long time.. so i don't know what it means? or why is it happening? it's scary

I tend to focus on other people's live and not my own. I find it hard to talk about deep personal issues that are bothering me. I get hurt easily and offended by other's comments.

I spend time wondering how other people's lives are and do not focus on my own.

What is the best to set goals and then really focus on them and not look at other people's lives and think about them so much?

i had this big problem with my friend and we dont talk anymore, i try 2 make things rite wit her and tell her i dont have any problems with her but she still makes tension and does things that bother me...im tired of talkin 2 her b/c i kno she doesnt care and sometimes im scared of wat she can do and wat is going on in her mind. i just want 2 forget all about her and not make her my number 1 priority and move on with my life. i dont want to worry about her 24/7 n wat shes thinking and how i kan protect myself if anything crazy happens. i dont kno wat this is b/c this is the 1st time i've been like this before but how can i overcome fear and just b happy with myself and not be so scared of her and worry about wat shes thinking.
