I'm just wondering about brain potential. Why do we only use that 10%? What kind of power or ability’s are we capable of? We use our bodies everyday, we dream, have joy, sorrow and humour..shouldn’t this aid our power and increase our mental awareness? Life is full or mystery and the manna of life surrounds us but where’s it all going?

But when its good the bad gets tucked away and pushed down?

I think the transmission in my car went out the other day. Its up at the shop and they have had it for a few days now. THey still have not gotten it in. I FREAKED when the car went out of gear and then would not speed up only the RPMS woulld rev.

Since then I have been so depressed and all the bad things that has happened throough out my life. All the things that I don't think about when I am in a happy normal mood. I am afraid. I am mad. I am aggitated. Why??? Because I KNOW that its the transmission and will need a new car and no money to do that or fix it.

I know what the out come will be and just want to hope that something small is the prob but I feel it in my SOUL that its BAD.

How can I get rid of that feeling? And dont say calla the car comp. cuz i already did. Serious answers only

Hi everyone, with the Virginia Tech shootings dominating the news spotlight, there is no better time to speak up about coping with the loss of a peer while you are still in the prime of your life. Is there a good way to deal with this?

ladies as a retired lover of all women i would like to help u in the pursuit of a real man. Here's what men really think of u. The A girl: she has met mom, the girl we MOST want, the perfect one for us, we love this girl, knows where we live and can get in contact with us multiple ways. This is a good place to be ladies. The B girl: this is B for best friend,we might have great sex, talks, dates, times but mayber no passion or desire, this girl can also be the next A girl. She might just aslo be always available , she could be a ex-A girl or really nice, she buys us things goes dutch, doesnt expect much, does our luandry, mothers us. or abuses us. we keep her around until soemthing better comes or until she try's to change us and we accept. B girls usually have great jobs, cars, houses or trust funds. Be careful ladies. cant find him when u need him some days? The C girl, she is for sex only no hope of marriage, mom will never meet, only seen at ur place at odd times. now u know.

There has to be more awareness. Of people walking with blank eyes, blank hopes, regret and anger. What do you think we can do to help prevent the tragedy of mass killings? Don't you think that just being a little more ingaging, and interested, may help? What role does the war games on the computer contribute to the numbness of killing?

My mum really wants me to stay in the same city as I am in now and study law at University next year.

I get really good grades. My grades are good enough to get into and degree I wanted to.

I know people who have studied Law and they say it's a lot of writing and reading and sometime very boring.

I also don't want to live at home. I think I'm old enough to go flatting.

My mum went to a different University on the other end of the country.

Why can't she let me experience things for myself?

If Law isn't what I want to study how can I tell her this?

I know she'll be paying for some of my fees and etc, but why should I do something I have very little interest in?

Please help!

Did we intend to leave him out?
Did we make him feel unwanted?
Did we tell him he was dead in the first place?
Did we show him he couldn't be a better human being?
Did we show him this world does not want him or it is better without him?
Was it us who showed him this world is bitter?
Did we show him to act this way?

I am not patronizing. Do you think it was us, the "society," who pushed him to the edge, like other cases of mass murders in schools and colleges?

I would like to see what everyone considers the truth about the current domestic violence problem (particularly in the United States) to be.

In other words, do you believe that it is overwhelming a problem caused by males that can only be stopped by males, do you think men and women are equally violent, or do you have another take on the issue?

Please cite a source if you use statistics. I'll post my take on it after I get a few replies.
