I believe that life has a purpose. But I struggle when I try to identify that purpose. Trying to find that purpose is very confusing but i know we must have a purpose in our existance otherwise why do we live.?

There is a book out there called " A purpose driven life" by Rick Warren. It is a Christian based book that starts out with "It is not all about you". Serving and helping others is even supported in science to be healthy practice. That the body responds good to good deeds for others.

Well. we wouldn;t be here if we didn't have a purpose. God has a purpose for each one of us. The hard part is finding out exactly what your purpose is.
