Well I don't dress in revealing clothing or wear high heels to attract strange men. However since I am Muslim I wear hijab and get a lot of strange looks, staring, and snide comments behind my back by men and women alike for being Muslim and because they think I'm being forced to wear hijab. I wear hijab to please my husband and ALLAH. I would much rather get angels and good credit for following everything in the Qur'an and Hadiths as well as the Sunnah then be like every other woman in America. My beauty is only meant for my husband, my little brother, my future sons, and my other mahrams. It is not meant for strange men to goggle at all day long. However it does annoy me when men and women stare at me for practicing my religion.

It's mostly okay if it's respectful. If the guy is cute I will look back a little, maybe smile.
I hate that horny vampire stare that some guys do, however. The one that looks like aliens sucked your brain out and now your mouth is hanging open vacantly. It's really unattractive.

Most of the time...I don't notice. If I do notice...I ignore it. However, in the rare instance it is respectable admiration...I will respond with a smile.
Though to be honest...objectification irritates me. On a few occasions, I have responded sarcastically by 'cat calling' them back. Although, I think they enjoy it too much.

Women dress for women not for men, but women sure like whatever attention they receive. Personally, I just smile most of the time but when men in cars honk at you repeatedly it is a bit irritating.

Most women will feel happy being the attraction. Some 'look back' for more attention I suppose.

At times I just looked back and smiled and went along my merry way. There were times I shot back looks of if looks could kill; depending upon the meaning of the stare and or the atmosphere.

Well I personally love to get looked at to me it means i look fine but it also depends on how I'm looked and by who,being watch can sometimes disturb me and getting stared at is annoying but it all depends on the guy who is doing it.

There are times when I don't even notice. Other times, I'll look back — OK, glare back — just to see what happens next. Naturally, nothing ever does.

its definitely nice to have men staring at you like you're hot. wouldnt you love it if you have tons of girls checking you out? if i'm in a good mood, i'll definitely flirt back, a wink or a smile. but if i'm being stared by old horny men...i'll ignore. but if they're trying to peek into my skirt, i'll give them a good kick in the nuts. haha

by being irritated a lot, to be honest. if they peek, i don't care. i notice girls, too. if they look, it's a little irritating, but whatever. if they stare i start to get mad and i glare at them. if they whistle or comment i give them the finger and tell them what the can do with themselves. if it goes any further than that, i always have my knife handy...
