Eating habits are one area where planning and control are especially necessary. Currently there is an epidemic of obesity inteh United States. Proper nutrition will help you achieve your life's goals; convenience foods can hinder your health. Along with proper sleep, good nutrition is crucial in order to maintain the energy that accomplishing your goals will require. What constitutes good nutrition? What does your body crave for food? For you, what makes for a good night's sleep? How do you feel after a good breakfast and a good night's sleep? Would you like to feel that way all the time? Is that level of energy sustainable?

My parents are separated and have no real faith in me.
My brother is anti social and always wants me to hang around and do nothing with him. people in my local village hate me and this seems to stem to different generations. I moved out of home 3 times and they all failed because of no jobs and neighbour issues. I can't hold or find a job. i'm living at my sisters. all my friends idea of a good night out is to drink alcohol because there is nothing else to do. i have no girlfriend. basically i haven't a shred of happiness left. the funny thing is in the hell i am experiencing i am always trying my hardest to make something of myself regardless of what has happened. but nothing seems to want to work for me.

i really wish i could catch a break and have a happy healthy life.

Im guessing because the images are the creation of your imagination, what you would see would depend on if you've lost your sight or never had sight... or would they stem from descriptions of things? Ahhh! I have no idea!!! Help!

I remember seeing Live Aid on TV as a child. Twenty yrs later and Africa is still messed up. How come these countries can't get their act together. Eastern Europe is doing better. South East Asia is improving. Few decades ago, Veitnam was a dirt poor country. Now, IBM is setting up shop there. Yes, corrupt governments have a lot to do w/ it. However, corrupt government officials is the norm all around the world. Plus, Africa is rich in natural resources.

What are the main factors that contribute UK economic growth?

UK is not an industrialist country any more and depends more on services (thats what i have read in many articles) but I could never understand what are exactly those services that generates money for them?

To what countries do they sell those services?

What is exactly the nature ofthose services?

One of my friend said to me that landing money to different countries and their banks in the world through different British finacial institute and making profit through is the exact business they do ?
But Iam still not satisfied and convinced with that answer.

Can any body please help me out?
