What are you wanting to connect with them for.
Women are in most professions nowadays, out in society doing many things.
Join clubs or social networks where they are. Learn about issues in their communities and then volunteer with them on projects they are working on.
Take classes, exercise, computers , whatever , women will be there.

Humor, why have men not figured out yet that women love a man who is funny? Have you not seen that couple where she is a knockout and he is shall we say less than a 10? We like a sense of humor, my fiance says its because we don't have one, lol. Funny men will get a man well before an Adonis..

I agree with the last girl, use humor. Humor is a wonderful thing. I personally love a guy with a lot of wit. That's a big turn on to me.

As a woman, its not that easy. first you need to find the same interest, make eye contact always listen to her, even if she is just talking to herself, make her feel special. that is how you connect to us women.
PS: remember to look at her eyes and not anything else, if she See's you looking down she will either smile, or say "you perverted person"

A friend once told me - if you have the guts, ask for whatever you want, and you will usually get it. So, if you see a girl you like, just walk up to her and say hello. If you really have guts tell her exactly what you want, and maybe you will get it
