Eating habits are one area where planning and control are especially necessary. Currently there is an epidemic of obesity inteh United States. Proper nutrition will help you achieve your life's goals; convenience foods can hinder your health. Along with proper sleep, good nutrition is crucial in order to maintain the energy that accomplishing your goals will require. What constitutes good nutrition? What does your body crave for food? For you, what makes for a good night's sleep? How do you feel after a good breakfast and a good night's sleep? Would you like to feel that way all the time? Is that level of energy sustainable?

I have no intentions of doing your homework for you but will help enough so that your have a path to follow, I am sure.

Unfortunately, your need for a short explanation such as an explanatory in three paragraphs is rediculous because proper writing etiquette would have to be set aside...sobeit !

It would seem best to label or orient each paragraph in sequence where one leads to another...nutrition, affects, and benefits, as an example.

As the subject deals with "nutrition", then make aware of what the body requires for a balanced diet for liquid and vitamin intake such as more vegetables yielding vitamins and fibre and less of fatty and salty foods such as meat, milk and poultry products.

Lead this into "affects" next, and disclose the results of improper food product intake versus proper food product intake. Here is where you would mention problems dealing with improper diet and nutrition...obeisity as one.

Finally, lead this into the "benefits" of a proper diet and make note also that not all people are alike for nutritional needs because of variable lifestyles but that the basic needs for a healthy working body are the same for all.

You appear to already know what your project requires but are just not knowing how to organize it. I am glad you are researching so well and am sure your goal will be achieved with a rewarding grade. Keep up the good work.

Good luck...

Good nutrician is eating a balanced diet- meaning the food group variety. Don't fill yourself with sugar carbs (like bread)...maintaining a great diet, getting enough exercise and sleeping about the same time each night helps your metabolism balance so you don't get alot of fluctuation in your weight. I feel good after 5-8 hours. I could sleep all the time but if I get too much- it's the same as not getting enough (I'm exhausted all day!)
