When your life is a depressive mess and you have all kind of horrible issue’s and your able to accept the fact that your life is a depressive mess. And you’ve seeked help, been helped and come to terms with all the problems and issue’s in your life but no matter what and how much help you receive your stubborn and proud nature keeps you from letting it all go and moving on. I don’t know wtf to do nothing helps and I’ve seen what medications does that would be at the very end of possible solutions.

For example, if there's a stimulus - like a person's hand resting on me for too long, or rubbing me in the same place for too long, or there's loud noise and I want it to be quieter but I can't escape it, I have this panicky feeling and I'll usually jerk away rapidly (touch) or leave the room as quickly as possible (sound).

They're linked, too -- if it's too noisy then I don't want to be touched, and vice versa. With the noise it doesn't even feel like hearing - it feels like I'm being hit.

I'm pretty sure I've had the touch thing even when I was a kid, and maybe the sound too - like I always hated fireworks because I experienced the sounds as painful.

I'm successful and "normal" and have no problems in school, so I don't know if this is really a problem or not. Have you experienced this? Could it be some kind of disorder? Is there a way of treating it?

Any info is appreciated!

It's just... odd. I have no thought about birds in general - and I am not scared or anything of Big Bird from Sesame Street. (I barely watched the show as a kid.)

Anyway... I had a dream this morning where a large yellow bird (maybe 7-8 feet) was following a man - everywhere he went. To a house, up the stairs, to the bathroom. The man was petrified that the bird would reach him (it was moving fast) and then eat him or poke him to death or something. The man was even willing to jump out the bathroom window. Even stranger... the house in the dream was my old house from five years ago. And every time I have a dream with a house in it - it's that one. I haven't dreamed about that house in several months, and now this...? About a killer bird? Does this mean anything or am I just weird with an imaginative mind?

All my life I've been a creative writer. I haven't been able to write a single thing worth reading for the past 3 years. Does anyone have a personal remedy for severe writers block? I assume it's a mental thing, obviously, but perhaps you can share some remedies or exercises.

So come on - what turns you on ?
And it doesn't have to be just sexual - for example I like to have my two weetabixs covered with cornflakes cover with copious amounts of sugar and fresh milk while watching the news - thinking how many people have died today then and what new bit of political correctness have they come up with now? What is now bad for you or is not environmentally friendly?

Basically while I'm eating by cereal in the mornings I couldn't give a toss! And no that's not an alternative for sex! So what does it for you - what is it that you look forward to with relish - what do you savour - what hits your button - what is it that just takes the edge of reality for you and makes life bearable - or is life a piece of sh.t for you at the moment or it's always been and you wish you'd never been born and you have nothing to look forward to as far as you see?

I would love to get a cross-section please ?

How come there is no one to trust? Why is every single person irrational? Why do they all act stupid and do stupid things? Where do you go, and what do you do, when there is no one to understand, no one to trust? I should just give up now. No one can understand. Sometimes I imagine I'm walking down a dark road, and I wait and wait for the one that can understand, to really trust, but that person never comes. Everyone else goes on happily.. happily using people, happily demoralizing people, happily torturing people, happily stealing from other people, happily taking advantage of other people, happily wasting their life DOING NOTHING!

well, i was with my friend (someone) and he likes me, cause he told me. and after this one period at school he always walks to my last class and then I give him a hug goodbye, but in the dream, we were at my middle school, and instead of trying to giving me a hug goodbye, he tries to kiss, me but I push him away and he is bigger then me then he starts to force me to kiss him, and i struggle like someone would kidnapped a girl. but I don't know how but I manage to get away and then I start running around the school trying to get away from him, but then I am at the other end of the school and then I here my sister calling my name, saying that we could talk about this, then I woke up

mostly what I want to know is what did the conflict of him and I mean? I HAVE A BF WHICH IS HIS FRIEND AS WELL. I love my bf with all of heart. My bf and the guy that likes me are friends, and so i don't like him as a a bf, just as friend.

what can the dream mean? without the sister

Muslim women are not allowed to expose their flesh and they are deemed as not having rights. Asian culture is also deemed as anti women-rights due to the traditional costumes and jobs assigned to Asian women. However, the western women are shown as an example for women rights just because they are able to expose skin and do whatever they want. Whereas when Asian or Islamic culture tries to protect women by putting a limit for them, it is deemed as not giving women rights.
