Actually it's not necessary at all !! you know it's just our weird human nature that we concentrate with ourselves very much when we're happy or satisfied, that's why it appears that whenever we're happy the very next moment is sad !! but have you ever wondered why we don't mention the inverse?? cuz the inverse is true as well... it's true that when we're sad the next day we're happy !! none of us can be always happy or sad !

It really all depends on the person.

You can cry from happyness, or because some movie, piece of music or picture has you moved emotionally.

You can cry because you just hurt yourself.

You can cry because you share grief with a friend.

All of these do not diminish your happyness - but they do make the tears appear...

Alternatively - if yesterday you were happy, and then you hear a family member or loved one died - would you be required to still laugh, just because you did so yesterday?
