We all feel that way at one time or another, about one thing or another. Some people will appear skilled in every area, but- what some people are actually skilled in is the
APPEARANCE of being skilled in every area. It's an old trick, and it's used to overcompensate for the very feelings you're having. You're listening to the wrong people and far too often. You need to take a closer look at others around you. They are just as afraid as you are, only they are better at hiding it. Trust me- that is the ONLY difference between you and them.

Probably because you are comparing yourself to people who are superior in the ways you are examining. It's hard to measure up to someone who already has all their pieces in place. Instead of comparing your accomplishments, whatever to others who have already made it try looking at yourself and your attributes as unique and personal. Set your own bar--create your own goals and be kind to yourself in reaching them.
If all else fails, bring to mind others who are less fortunate, not as successful, or advanced as you are. If you compare yourself to those who are 'perfect' them you will feel down. Everyone has individual differences in their life story and you don't know why others have progressed--or failed to progress in comparison to yourself. Some people find things easier than others--that's probably no consolation, but it certainly does you no good to rate yourself against others who are accomplished in ways that you desire.
Take a deep breath and consider how far you've come in the last 5 or 10 years, or for that matter, since birth. Cheer up! Do the best you can, and don't be tempted to gauge your success against others. Be yourself and learn to be patient and accept challenges and embrace your individuality. :-)

are you sure that anyone or anything is better than you? i don't think so. i think you're just stress out of something. you need sometimes to revive yourself. eat healthy. exercise. take a walk. whatever is on your mine, just take some time off and do something that you enjoy. believe you are very fortunate. the war in iraq, poverty all over the world, people in the third world country. the list goes on. just be happy that your are alive and fortunate than others. good luck

It's sounds like you hit a low in life. The best thing to do now is keep your head up and keep driving on.
Life is alot like a roller coaster and remember, you can't keep going down forever.

Do you see yourself as a wonderful person? You should, and no one is better than you, no one is worse. If you don't compare, but set up your own personal code to tell yourself where you stand, it hopefully won't seem like that. You are a specail unique individual.

I feel that way sometimes too. I think it's normal to feel this way at times. Not to minimalize your feelings, but I sometimes get to feeling this way right before my period. PMS symptoms. They pass in a few days and my mood seems to brighten up. Hope you feel better soon!

Because, you are not grateful for the things you have, accomplished, experienced, and gone through.
Say this "I am grateful that I have one more day to enjoy and be amazed and be involved in life."
Be grateful and be blessed.
