I read some questions and am amazed that someone actually took time to be critical and never really answer a question, It seems to me One comes for advice not to be frowned upon or make someone feel even worse.. I dont get it. I know people are people but it just makes me shake my head sometimes.

I dream, at least once a week, that I wake up and there’s a big spider on my bed or on the wall next time me. Each time I leap out of bed (I am awake by this point) and turn the light on as I’m convinced it isn’t a dream. There is never a spider there. Does anyone know what this means or has anyone experienced the same thing? By the way, I am extremely arachnophobic!

Essentially My wife and I have been married for 3 years. My mom shows various indications of jealousy when I buy something nice for my wife. She in a way tries to compete with my wife as well. My mom in general didn't really get much jewlery from my dad until my wife and I got married and I had bought her a anniversary ring. Afterwards my mom tries to get from my dad nice diamond jewlery every year. Any little thing my wife and I get for our house she gets jealous about in some way. When we got new furniture she got a little funny.

Man, we grow up so fast don't we? It's like sometimes we forget when we were just little kids playing without worries... Now that we're Adults we work, we argue in relationships, we pay the bills, etc. It's a stressful world we live in sometimes, yet we just forget about our childhood because our busy lives.

Well, yesterday after I got home from work... I looked in the mirror, and I saw my reflection... I still see the kid in me... I still watch cartoons, I still play with action figures and I'm 25, (Shhhh... don't tell anyone). I read old Calvin and Hobbes, and TMNT comic books.

I don't know, I feel like a kid that day... has anyone felt like this before? Do you still think you're a kid to this day?

I chose being a designer specializing in Motion Graphics and Broadcast Design. However in this field permnament employment is difficult to obtain.

How can I get approval and acceptance from my family and friends? They do not understand what I do and my mother does not believe in an artistic career.

How can I find confidence and calm in myself? I have bouts of hysteria when have dry periods as a designer and have thoughts of could-beens as an accountant, taking the safe path.

I have great passion and desire to be a designer but in general what I am asking how can I find support in my dreams?

We're told that we live in an equal opportunity society, where one gender is just as equal as the other. If so, why is a man considered as lazy and unmotivated if the woman goes out and works and he stays home to keep up the house?
