I had a dream that I was with my real dad and I was telling him what has been happening with how my sister from my step dad has been treating me. I also remember in the dream on how some people in the household were calling me names and talking to me in a condescending way and in the dream when I was telling my real dad this he would Jeer at me and call me a loser over and over. What does this mean?

It means that you feel neglected by your real father, because that you don't like your new family and blaming him for it.

It sounds like it can be difficult to be in a step family.
I was not ever in that situation because my mother never remarried.
I hope your real dad would not call you a loser in real life.
If you feel like you are a loser you should maybe change your routine or get some new friends.
