You absolutely can by waking up about that time every day. But sometimes you're too tired and oversleep so it's not reliable.

well there are two things at work here - if your alarm wakes you up everyday at the same time, your body will learn to wake up at that time. its your internal biological clock. but also, i have had luck with telling myself what time i want to wake up, and i wake up usually within 20 minutes of that time, which is pretty good considering the time might be 8 am some days and 11 30 on others

If you wake up at the same exact time almost everyday your brain makes an "internal alarm clock" For me my internal alarm is at exactly 5:45AM because iv been getting up for school at that time for 3 years now.

i dont know about teaching yourself to do this . i have the ability to set my alarm clock go to sleep and wake 1 or 2 minutes before it goes off. this is very common for me.note i do set the alarm just in case . i think i wake up before it goes off because i hate the sound it makes.

My husband insists that you can, but I've never been able to. He just tells himself what time he wants to get up and he wakes up without an alarm. I tell myself what time I want to wake up and I oversleep. I'm not sure if there's a skill or perhaps a physical trait you need to do that.

Yes you can train yourself to do this, its like any other habit you may have. How I have trained myself is by thinking to myself before I go to bed that I have to wake up at a certain time and for some reason my body does.

Well, you get used to getting up at the same time everyday. I've never been able to, myself... They also say if you tell yourself the night before what time you want to wake up, you will wake up near that time.

Everyone has an internal clock, if you keep waking up at the same time everyday, for a decent amount of time, I think it becomes a learned behavior.
