Hi there, this is a bit of an unusual situation but I hope you can give me some advice. In 1992 I met my ex boyfriend and we had an on off relationship until 2001. I was totally potty about him, but he was jealous and insecure, as was I, and he wouldn't feel comfortable about me going out with my friends or having male friends. We would argue all the time and in the end I ended up near a nervous breakdown which I was prescribed a really heavy medication for. I reacted very strongly to the medication, becoming paralysed and nearly dying. Whilst I was in hospital he ran off with my best friend and I never ever saw him again. Fast forward six years and I'm a sucessful london dj, but he's jumped on the same bandwagon and has started a record label and club and all sorts and I'm so dreadfully affected I no longer leave the house in case I bump into him. He's literally everywhere, has infiltraited my new world completely and it's driving me to want to quit. How can I deal with this?

my lifelong buddies are very much gone...one is in the city and doesn't call. his brother is off doing christian work in a poor country. so that's the first wave gone.

the second wave is my 3 strong group of friends, which in recent times is starting to go their separate ways, one is in a serious relationship and doesn't have a lot of time for us anymore, another is getting a house somewhere far and the third guy is doomed to stay in a pub the rest of his life, i don't fancy doing that so i have also decided to "move on" too.

so that just leaves me to start a whole new group of friends again. i hate it when this happens, getting older sucks slightly.

did anyone else have to go through multiple changes as i did??

People can only read half my name now, and I'm so cheesed off about it that I'm going to stomp little ketchup packets on the sidewalk and see if I can nail some joggers and pedestrians.

I was wondering about the not so recent cases of soccer Sex scandals involving soccer players (in England). How many of the purported rapes on the women were real cases of rape/assault, and how many reported cases were for "other purposes such as money, blackmail.
Do you think these soccer players are let off the hook too easily because they are big names in football, or are they being targeted or falsely accused by these women??

In March 2008, I have my final public exams and have to get AS HIGH a score as possible because I need a medical seat. I've had no problems with my studies last year. The term's started this week, and we students have to write daily tests for 10 minutes for all the five subjects. Plus, we have weekly tests for an hour, 1 subject per day. I'm already tired out with this schedule because from 8 in the morning to 4.30 in the evening, I'm in school.

To score well in the final I need to learn right from the beginning of the year. But I'm already tired out. So, can anyone give me some really good tips and suggestions on how I can do this without getting stressed out, or going crazy? I need to know how to stay positive, and how to not lose my momentum. Any tips on diet/exercise are also welcome. Thanks in advance!

When a man is separated from his wife - he often rushes into a relationship with a girl who obviously a whore since that is adultery. She doesn't realize that the family would be better off FIXING the mess they are in. Does she do this becaue she is selfish, stupid, or just very naive in believing that the ex is a monster and that man is a victim? Neither mate was perfect lets face it. Why would a woman act this way - is she so desperate?

In the dream I was with some family and freinds and I discovered the key to unlock the pyramids. I went to the pyramids with my mum and put this special key inta a special hole in all the corners. The top came off of the pyramid and I went inside. Then when I came out i was in a really wierd state of mind, delirious. I stayed like this for many days until my mum and dad put me in a mental asylum. On one visit they took me out for the day, they decided I was sane again and they could take me home on a smal aeroplane. The aeroplane wouldn't take off because there was some sort of animal on top of it. Finally we got away from the animal and a cat scratched me. It drew blood. As soon as this happened the cat died. I knew something bad was going to happen and I started throwing up, just lots and lots of thick blood! (sorry for the details) As soon as this happened, everyone said I was mad again and sent me back to the asylum, where my cousin was also now being held.

Hey I had a bizarre dream last night, my girlfriend who is a natural redhead had jet black hair & lived in a strange country like Lithuania or somewhere like that. I was visting her but this train wouldnt stop for me so I tried to call her but just kept going through to Orange customer services. I then ended up in what I can only describe as a shrine to bathrooms & there were loads of people there & then I woke up. Has anyone got any ideas what this bizarre dream means!

Like sometimes you go about during your day, and found out some pieces of information that you wished the whole world would know about? Share it with us here!

Mine would be- The best little town to visit in the whole of Europe, in my opinion is Luzerne, Switzerland. Just a month a go I embarked on this whirlwind europe tour, backpacking through 6 countries. And I absolutely fell in love with the place.

Picteresque sceneries, impeccable views, friendly people- all makes it a place worthy of a visit.

What about yours?
