As far back as I can remember I have never liked being by myself for even semi-short time frames. I would always find a way to be around someone else even if it were a store full of strangers.

Anyway, I have always known this was kind of weird. That there are plenty of people that actually enjoy when they can find a minute or two to themselves.

I am not sure what has caused this particular weirdness of mine. Perhaps it was from being picked on constantly in school and then having to spend a ton of time alone whether I liked it or not. Or perhaps it stems back to my problem of people pleasing. Like I don't know what to do if I'm not doing something to make someone else happy.

I dunno. I think it would help to know the root cause, but at this point I'm drawing a blank.

So after some thought, I am determined to finally be able to get past this weirdness.

Any suggestions? Or any speculations as to why I am this way?

Okay, this question may be strange, but whenever I am around the man I love I get really clumsy. I run into things, I trip, etc. Is there a real explanation for this? I've never had this kind of thing happen before with someone. Does something happen when you fall in love that can cause a person to react this way?

Please explain this personality type.

A female who flirts very much with you, but then you find out that she has many "friends" tagging along with her at the same time , and you thought you were the only one , and then she lies about things to try and cover up, but still tries to get you to tag along ?
Serious question what is wrong with this person?

I am married a normal marriage, i dreamed last night that my husband was holding me against my will. I was not allowed to leave my room and I had to worship him and he would feed me crumbs and stuff. It was really weird. But i kept on trying to escape but no one would listen to me and they just sent me back to him. It was like i was imprisoned to the house and to him. Our marriage is nothing like this in real life so i dont know why i dreamed it. HELPP!!!!

Hey everybody, I'm a 18-year-old Italian girl, and in exactly two days I'm going to take the FCE, First Certificate of English exam.
I'm not really worried for the exam itsself, I'm usually rather good at English so that's not what I'm mainly preoccupied for BUT it's my first real exam in front of total strangers (the examiners).
I wasn't scared until today but now I have this sense of anxiety and panic, basically for the spoken part of the exam, and it just won't go away... I know it's normal to get frightened like this, but it's really annoying since basically I have nothing to fear, and I don't want to screw up my exam just because I'll be in blind panic. Do you have any suggestions? any tricks to feel more relaxed or self confident? I thought about drinking a beer before the exam but I might be a little too laid back if I do that...whatever...
Thanks so much in advance, Sylvia

England and America of all places. Why did the women there feel the need to fight men who held doors open for them, provided and protected them fighting the evil in the world or willingfull giving up their lives for them (Titanic wouldnt happen the same way today I admit that) ?
Wouldnt it have made more sense if feminism originated from any Islamic country, where the word gentelmans club (or gentelman for that matter) is unkown because the home and everywhere a man is is the mens club and where infidelity results in the stoning of the woman involved instead of the 2 men duelling it out ?

Over the past 10 years, I've taken about 7 different IQ tests either online or from books.

In every test I got between 115 & 120. Is it safe to assume my real IQ is in this region?

I need to find a website(s)with practice questions that will allow me to test myself on applying theories from Social Psychology and Animal Behaviour. I have found many websites but they more focus on you recognizing the term, which is quite easy to do. I need to go one step further and be able to recognize how the theories are applied. Any help will be super.

Thanks a bunch!

I experience a great deal of anxiety in my life from the demands put on me by my employer to listening to advertisers to the guilt from my parents and the social anxiety of getting a date and staying in a relationship, trying to get medical care on a limited income and schedule, dealing with the stereotypes in our society, trying to exercise, and eat right. Trying to relax doesn't help because then I become socially isolated, my house becomes a mess, the dishes pile up, etc. I feel like a hamster on a treadmill. The problem is as I round the bend of my 40th year on the planet, I feel like my heart is clutching and stopping every fews days, or it feels like a wave passes through it. A lot of times, I just feel like my heart is tense. Any suggestions on what I can do to calm down?

I have had this recurring dream for about the last 15 years or so. I dream that my car is stolen. It is either a car I currently own or one I have owned before or one that I have never owned before. However it is my car. Sometimes it is a little Volkswagen, sometimes it is a pickup truck (which I have never owned), sometimes it is a Previa (which I have owned) sometimes it is my current Honda Accord. Either I go into a parking lot and it has been stolen or I see the people taking off with it and try to chase them. Then I usually call 911 and can't get through. Sometimes I just feel resigned to the fact that my car has been stolen again. In the dream I sometimes think that this has happened numerous times and I wonder why I haven't put in an insurance claim. I have a feeling of loss or waste because I have not been reimbursed for the loss. This is the only recurring dream that I have although I have a lot of other vivid dreams too. Any clues? Thanks for your help!
