Ive been having a lot of problems with my bf of 2 years. I cheated on him and its been a big issue between us for a while now.
Even before the whole cheating incident, my overall mood had changed. I had become obsessed with exercise and I sunk into a deeper depression, shutting myself off from friends and family. Once my bulimia returned, I felt like I had lost every bit of control in my life.
My bf and fam were the first to encourage me to get help and I entered therapy and begin taking prozac and ativan.
I've made some promising breakthroughs in therapy, but I still feel so isolated and sad. I have no friends. I wont leave home unless I go to school or my parents. I feel numb and tired. I can't think straight with all the fog in my head. I don't want to be touched, held or kissed. I don't feel sexual at all. I just want to exercise and be alone. No one will accept it. Ive tried to explain that to my boyfriend, but he won't stop. I just need solitude. How do I tell them that?
