Do you almost feel the same as you did in the dream, or if someone was in your dream, do you feel differently about them depending on how you saw them in your dream?

I might be more aware or on guard of someone if I had a dream that portrayed someone in a negative light. I feel like my dreams are not to be taken in absolute disregard. I have had many dreams that helped me see things in a way that was more realistic than I wanted to believe.Like a dream as a warning--take heed--sometimes ur subconcious is trying to get to the conscious level to protect you.

Yes, there are those times that my dreams do effect me the next day. If i might dream of maybe something bad happening , oh God what is it going to be???? But then as the day wears on. I sometimes think later and i dont even remember the dream. And if i do remember i tell myself "its only a dream its only a dream, its only a dream. bettyk

I will definitely if it was an early morning dream, or if it was a long exhausting dream. The early morning ones are more of an emotional impact on my day and the later is more of a matter of being tired throughout the day.

Not usually, but sometimes during a very intense dream, I dwell on it the whole day, or even several days. These intense dreams usually involve family members. I'm replying because I had one of those intense dreams about my late Grandmother. It was strange and weird. She was still alive and in the process of dying, and she was surrounded by icepacks. I wanted to help her and hold her hand, but I couldn't. It frustrated me to pieces because she was the most loving and caring person I've ever met.

That whole episode of that night's dream stuck with me for several days. I was melancholy and it stuck with me for awhile. This usually doesn't happen in my dreams. I usually forget most of them, but sometimes situations happen in dreams that DO affect your behavior for a period of time.

My dreams don't affect the way I think about somebody in real life though. I'm sure it can happen, but it hasn't happened to me.

The craziest part of this is that it literally impacts my day as in I dream something and it comes true.
