I had a dream the other night that I went out to our near-by fairgrounds that used to be a horse racing track. Anyways, it was the 132 Preakness and I was cheering for a horse named Nobiz Like Shobiz so I was yelling "Go NoShow!" like that was his nickname and stuff. But I was stitting in the stands and there was this horse with me laying down and leaning his head against me and I'm petting him and talking to the horse saying "you have to be more careful or you could've been out there." And so I was cheering and the horse that was laying with me was Barbaro. Because I know it was him he had the cast on his right hind leg and I know what Barbaro looks like. You all know Barbaro, he was the 06 Derby winner and got hurt at the 131 Preakness and was put down. I was a HUGE fan. Now what do you think it meant? Because he was my horse laying with me while I was cheering and I'm talking to him tellin him to be more careful. What do you think this meant?

I know that everyone has some ghost or skeleton hiding in their closet, but, honestly, how honest would you say you are?

From 1 to 10 with 10 being 100% honest. Decimal fractions are fine!

I was just thinking, if everyone is trying to stand out, then everyone is trying to do the same thing, but if everyone is trying to do the same thing, then everyone is conforming to the ideas of everyone else, right?

I know it sounds sort of silly but last night I had a dream I was part of a studio audience watching a TV show be taped and the whole dream looked like HD! The colors were brighter and the features of everyone's face and their clothes were VERY detailed.

I'm in college and at times I find it hard to keep focus on the pbig picture for myself. A "so called friend of mine" and I were suppose to go job hunting together but she never took me but she got a job now. I'm trying to see it as maybe she could help me get that job also. but I see it also that if I do the same job as her and do it better, she will grow resentful. In any case, I'm upset. Now this wouldn't be jealousy because I don't compete with anybody for anything because good things will come to me. But if everyone around you isn't helping you, then you would have to help yourself out. But also let's say that those that did not help you find out about your new found success. You're doing better then all of them combine and they ask you for help just as you asked for them and they didn't give it to you. What do you do then?

Why do we choose to live based on rules setup by our society instead of rules we have ourselves? I mean why do we fear to step outside our boundries? Why do we setup our entire lives based on lies just to withstand the truth? I mean that's what trends and so forth are so why do we do it?

46. My mum was on Heroin and crack cocaine all my life up until I was 17 when my uncle died from a drug overdose. I move out and got my own place by this time so my mum was with a woman called Tracey for 11 years and when i turned 18 they split up and it broke my mum in two. So she then started to drink heavy and went down hill nothing I could say or do could help her. the home she was living in on they Fairway in moston was paid for by a man who sexually abused me for 9 years i told my teacher when i was 15. we continued to live in the house. 6 months after her split with tracey she got with a man who she is still with and no longer drinks but is injecting anthetamine she started cause he took it but she was an heroin addict she has her own mind. The problem is for 4 years she has been homeless living here there and everywhere she lost her home of 22years and everything in it for 2 years she has had no benefits and is being badly beaten and abused by her boyfriend. IT HURTS SO MUCH.

It is the nature of some children to feel very responsible for their home right from the day they get some awareness. There are an equal number of children who care very little for others in the family. How does this difference occur? As we grow up our sense of responsibility does not seem to change much. So is this a character we are born with? Can we and should we, in the interest of a better society, begin the genetic engineering based 'Designer Baby Experiment' in this aspect first (Health of the individual may come later after improvement in the health of the society is brought about).
