It is the nature of some children to feel very responsible for their home right from the day they get some awareness. There are an equal number of children who care very little for others in the family. How does this difference occur? As we grow up our sense of responsibility does not seem to change much. So is this a character we are born with? Can we and should we, in the interest of a better society, begin the genetic engineering based 'Designer Baby Experiment' in this aspect first (Health of the individual may come later after improvement in the health of the society is brought about).

Nature itself is the guiding factor right from the birth to death.
It can be observed even in animals that Love is the factor binding the lives all over the world. We are social animals.. interdependent on each other in one or other way with other beings. The difference you are talking about is but natural that makes the life more interesting. As there can be no flow of current in an electrical circuit without the potential difference between two points ...the life current can't flow without difference in the nature of the individual but in normal course all want the company and friendship of each other which inturn helps to share the happiness and sorrows of each other through out our life. Depending on the level of responsibility only we discriminate between persons. As you go matured more and more responsible you will be and better you know the responsibility for the society in which you live ...better the life will be.

it varies from person to person, we interact daily with many people and we have some responsibilities toward society like...
good behavior with others
helping others in their difficult times
respecting elders and loving youngers
taking care of friends, family and relations
we can improve it by knowing and understanding our sense of responsibility towards society.

Education is the main thing,as well as self indulgance towards nation is pretty necessary.It will improve our sence of responsibility towards society.Each and every people dosen't think equally,that's why we differ in the sence of responsiblity
