Okay this will sound really weird. I have never been wanting children never as long as I can remember I just don't like children. Why am I like this ? I like children, but not as long as they are like under five. i don't find them cute, just okay. I'm so sorry but I have tried it just doesnt work !! I know it will cause problem in a relationship so why have I become like this , can I in some way change it because I feel really different from everybody ??

It's not weird at all, love. Some people just aren't very fond of young children. It's fine. And you mention it causing a problem in your relationships--if your partner doesn't understand your unfondness of kids, then that's his problem, not yours.
There's no way you can force yourself to like kids. Some are more maternal than others. You can pretend to, I guess, but that's not going to make you happy.
I think you should just refrain from having kids, if you don't like them. It's fine, too--don't feel pressured to have children! :D But if you really want kids, just not younger ones, adoption is always a good option for you. Ask a social worker or some friends about any adoption plans around your area.

OK so don't have kids of your own, get your tubes tied and tell any prospective boyfriend that you are just in it for the sex and are not going to have any kids. There is nothing wrong with you, not everyone needs to be a parent. The unfortunate thing is that there are lots of parents out there that shouldn't be parents.

I think u neednt have a problem about ur relationships bc when ull have a kid of ur own ur 'made' to love it. U cant help it bc it is a part of u. As for other kids its OK. Everyone is unique and has his/hers own opinions, beliefs, ideas, etc.

lol the over all think for kids yeah cute what not but i don't like them either tehy are loud and too needy and i'm not the provider today... even other kids! and some babys can be ugly!
but over all they are cool just keep them away from me!

the world is made up of different people that have different likes and dislikes. you are simply being yourself. you do not need to explain yourself to anyone. it is people like you that stand up for what you believe in, that make this world work. do not say sorry for your beliefs, ever.

That's how I am too!! I'm not that alone. All my friends think that I'm gonna get pregnant on accident then have an abortion. But I would NEVER DO THAT.
