I really need some serious tips and advices on how to make a good and successful presentation that would be interesting for the audience to hear. Everytime I make presentation, I always get distracted and almost all the important points that I am about to discuss was disappearing from my head. Therefore, I always get stuck and speechless in the middle of the Presentation. Because of this, I repeatedly made several errors and talking about something that was not what I have in mind. Even the Power Point presentation file does not provide me with any hints to remember all the statements that I should present because I am extremely nervous. So the problem is that how can I avoid distraction during the presentation so that I won't get nervous and easily remember all the significant contents and points that I need to present? I am really stressed about this because this type of project is definetely part of my study. Thank you for the help.

My past is the root cause of a lot of issues in my life, but the one I'm mainly concerned with is relationships.

Are there any of you out there who have had bad childhoods that were able to have a successful and happy relationship?

Much appreciated!

Sometimes I'll be doing things(like sitting at the basketball game with friends) and all of a sudden it'll hit me "Man, I've done this before." I don't mean that I've gone to a bball game with friends before, I mean that I remember doing the same exact thing(all of the details are the same) Sometimes, I'll remember a dream that I had before. How would you interpret this?

It seems to me that in 99% of the cases of dreams, we can't control what we want to dream about. [which really stinks!]
I think to some extent, I have been able to "explore" in my dreams. [providing the dream includes ourselves me as the protagonist!]
I have even had occasions where i could THINK in my dreams and acknowledge that i was, in fact dreaming and not in realirty.
but it seems i can never say "i want to dream about ice cream", and have a dream about ice cream. This confuses me, as it's our inner concious, which allows us to make MANY decisions when awake, yet wanders...sometimes REALLY wanders when asleep.

I've had several dreams that have to do about my future, I'm kinda sure because I feel like I'm older in my dreams if that makes any sense. In the 1st one, I am getting married. The second one was last night. It was me and some guy haveing sex. Are these dreams related(they were spaced out by a couple of months)? Do they mean anything?
Any experts out there? Thanks for your help!

I see it in babies sometimes. When kid A takes kid B's toy, kid B extracts some sort of "vengeance" on kid A. It could be physical, or mental (telling authorities so that Kid A gets in trouble)
