Yes, if that memory existed in the long term memory.

If the information trying to be recalled was never transferred to the long-term memory, then no, it would not be possible to retrieve it.

But the long-term memory is thought to be infinite in space and time and therefore if a memory is there, then yes, with the right cue, in theory you should be able to recall any memory.

Of course finding the right cues isn't an easy thing, along with other factors that have to be included, such as repression of traumatic memories etc. There's also the issue of things such as confabulation, which bring up questions of whether we can 'trust' our memory. But that's a whole other essay....

But basically, in theory, the answer is yes.

Not any memory. The brain is very efficient. If you go a long time without using a certain memory or certain knowledge, your brain will actually get rid of that memory and replace it with something else.
Of course, its possible that that memory still resides somewhere deep in your subconscious and could possibly be retrieved under the right conditions. Some people thin hypnotherapy works, other people think it's a bunch of BS. Really, science doesn't know what much of the brain is really used for, so it's all a mystery.
