Let me just say that I'm not a doctor. But what you are experiencing sounds healthy and normal. You might be a little high strung. Everyone deals with life changes differently.

I wonder if you are getting enough sleep? I'm being treated for anxiety so if I can answer any questions for just email me! I'd like to talk to you more about this but I don't really want to post too much here ....
Good luck ,
Aloha

Yes it is normal. I used to be this way also.I used to be scared of change, because it seemed like as soon as I got used to being a certain way, or life being a certain way, something would change, and that meant that I would have to change to adapt. And I was scared to change myself because I was very insecure, and feared that If I changed, I may not like the new me, or what if others didn't like the new me? It all boiled down to the fear of having to change myself. But life is always changing. Over time I learned who my true self was, and when you discover this, you roll into changes with ease, because every decision you make from then on is one that is coming from the true you. Don't suppress your true self.Discover who you truly are, and you will be able to adapt to change. Contact me if you want to to talk more. I know exactly what you are talking about! Good luck!

wow, this sounds like emotional overload. you like a wreck from the problems. are you able to bypass someplace for some days far off from all of it? you are going to be able to wish medicine and help. i might additionally call a kin member to help look after the toddlers. Ask if somebody might provide you and your husband a wreck. bypass the the park with the toddlers and a few bread to feed the fish and ducks. Do something relaxing and take a wreck as quickly as in awhile. you will discover that in case you are going to be able to provide your self half-hour an afternoon of you time issues will start to get much less complicated.

pinka, you're just like me so it's normal. we're conservatives that hates changes in our lives. we have an everyday routine that we follow everyday. changes makes us unstable for a while and it takes time for us to adapt to that change. but we are normal. dont worry about it too much. there is nothing that we cant cope in this life. being sensitive is part of it. dont worry too much and enjoy life.
