Sure thing...it's like "Death by cop", where people go and get shot by police because they can't bring themselves to do the act, or like the Japanese used to perform seppuku. It's just letting someone else do it because you just can't get past your own self-preservation instincts.

They would be commiting assisted suicide. If it could be proven. Otherwise it would just be murder.
