To let a guy know I'm interested and wanna go out with him but not just the sex?

From a guy's standpoint, there is a major difference in body language between raw, physical attraction and honest interest. Raw attraction is about looking him up and down, being really aggressive, etc. If you are more interested in developing a relationship, look more in his eyes than usual to let him know that you want to know what makes him, him. That's really all there is to it. The rest is all about the course of the conversation, and that's not controlled by body language. Ask about his interests, not just "so what do you like to do? party?" Just talk to him like a girlfriend or relative, and you're good to go. He'll get the picture without thinking that you want to be "just friends" with him.

Seriously, read Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden. It is the fictional story of a girl who was made it a geisha and includes a lot of the tricks they had for catching a man's interest and letting him know they were interested, even if they weren't. It is a good story, and you learn a lot about body language from it.

Give him a coy look with a sweet little smile. Stand closer. Genuinely laugh at his jokes. Touch him sometimes when talking to him, (you know just a light touch on the shoulder).
Tuck in the tag from his shirt (even if it's not sticking out).
Compliment him.
Don't cross your arms, or put your hands on your hips because you will appear stand-offish.

smile at him. if he has any guts he will ask you out. it pretty much just takes a smile, and nice casual comment to let a guy know you are interested. it is up to him to ask you out at that point.
