My boss wrote a mail message asking my what I did on slow days.
I replied with a list of self directing projects I was working on, mentioned that I didn't place these in passdown because I didn't think it was pertinent to others. I stated that if he wanted me to send a more detailed passdown I would do this for him, but that I would think he trusted me to keep myself occupied.

He responded back with a reply message asking me why the attitude.
Now I didn't think I had an attitude when I wrote the message, but just stated the facts.

So my question is how can he read my attitude in some words?
Isn't it that when your reading a mail message from someone, it is your opinion of what your reading? How can anyone assume they know my mood when I wrote something, perhaps they are reading into it what their mood is?
Some one want to give me their opinion?

I'm 15 and my Mom has booked a psychiatry appointment behind my back and sneakily been going to see counsellers about me.
I haven't been to school or around my friends in a year - i can't explain why- just don't want to be judged around them.
I feel like everyone is talking about me a lot.

If i did go to the psychiatrist what would they do? how do they evaluate you? Will they send me away?
How can i outsmart them?

If you know what i mean.I want to hold on and get through this time, but need some suggestions....no kidding around here pls.

I've always had nightmares on a regular basis. I can't tell you the last time I had a good dream. Years. But they seem to be getting more and more disturbing lately; more violent. That can't be healthy. Any ideas on how to make them stop?

I understand that dreams do not mean the obvious but that there is some kind of hidden meaning. I have been dating a man for a couple weeks now. It has been too long since I have met someone intelligent and charming like himself. We spend quite a bit of time together but aren't moving fast. In the past week I have had this dream twice; both times being when we stayed the night together. The dream is very short. It simply consists of him telling me "You're not as pretty as you think you are" and me being speechless. There may be more to the dream but I do not remember it. We are not sexually active and we see other people. It's obvious he is interested in me by the amount of time we spend together but otherwise I wouldn't be so sure. What does this dream mean? The first dream we were laying in bed, the second we were at a bar with his friends.

I mean they are strictly 100% politically correct, they don't like employees who are "different" (whether lifestyle or personality), don't have a sense of humor, never have a smile, rude on the phone even on the simplest conversations. I mean why are they so miserable and assh*les? Is this a requirement to work in HR?

Maybe if they stop being so picky in hiring especially in jobs that have high turnover no matter what they could have an easier time!!

Why are HR people such social conformist and assh*les?

B/c therapists are scary creatures. Is there anyway I could get fixed like that without a shrink. Sorry to all shrinks but my motto is trust noone. Not even family members.

Am 25 yrs old guy, battling with shyness.I have been having this problem since i was a little boy.I have become a very quiet guy as a result and mostly very boring to be around.I have been very afraid of people or mingling with them and as a result lost most of my friends including friendship with relatives.People say am antisocial and leave in my own world and therefore behave as am too special to be with other people. This always hurt me cuz i don't want be seen as that.I want to have friends, have fun and enjoy life but its just that am always afraid that by hanging with them will make them dislike me cuz of my extreme quietness and my lack of humor.Sometimes i get invited to parties or some social events or lunches or going to clubs or having drinks but i always decline saying am too busy while i don't anything to do.I have tried being social sometimes but i always find myself having nothing to say or anything fun.I would like to enjoy life as others do and be fun and be liked.

Okay, so I used to be this really social girl. I attended all the school events, had a bunch of friends, etc. But then my family and I moved 1,000 miles away and I was home schooled for 3 years. Now I may be moving back to my old area, and I might be going back to that high school. Here's the thing, I really really really want to go back to school, but I feel like I developed some sort of anti-social thing. And I hate it! I really wish I never moved in the first place. How do I override this? I really want to go back to school, but feel like I'll freak out and be known as the weird girl.

My depression is affecting my work, and although I am trying to heave myself through it, in the meantime I need to learn some things, and change my behaviors.

How can I learn to motivate myself and members of my team at work?

How can I learn to trust them and share personal things with them?

How can I build a feeling of team and family?

How can I get them to be confident in me, and see me as a leader?

any kind of task or any kind of favour she gets very angry. doesnt behave at all. most of the time of the day she reamains very angry.

she is not good in studies. whenever she is said to join any kind of school or course, she is not willing and will only say i cant do it, and if you motivate her or pressurise her to do atleast something , again she wont be ready to do it and if she starts doing something it she wont do it with heart. she appears to be very weak in learning, understanding.
she is 21years old but doesnt have any same age freinds because she doesnt have a mentality of other same age girls

but if she wants to do something by herself, like if she want s to cook something her self,or want to do something of her own interest, then she acts like a normal less than average intellegen person

her parents are very sad and upset due to her condition

so anyone who can suggest anything , they will be thankful
