What can you say about discrimination? What are its causes and effects? How would you be able to stop or prevent this?

What can someone do with a MA and/or Phd in Social Psychology? Besides teaching university. Not that I'm opposed to this, just thinking about the job prospects, so what else is there? I'm considering pursuing this. Money isn't much of an issue. Am I right in thinking it's more pratical than pursuing an advanced degree in Socio-cultural Anthropology?

I am sleeping on my bed, and suddenly one of my bed's leg break, and i fell on the floor when i am asleep. then i decided to sleep on the floor and i know this all was real for sure. when i am sleeping on the floor i feel something has been lifting me upwards in the air. i open my eyes and see a vision of a human very transparent and vague cant really tell and its a black vision. At this point i am **** scared, and could not even scream so i close my eyes again thinking whatever it is will go away. i open my eyes in a while i am back on my materess and the vision is gone. What was this?

I am a pretty confident person. I represent my college in several debates and elocution and do a pretty good job. Yet, I have always liked spending time with myself and inclined to avoid company. Hence, even with people, i rarely talk and let them do all the talking. If asked something, I reply in a line or two. Its like I feel my talk would be boring to them. I want to change. I want to be a major part of discussions. How can I get myself to talk more?

Is toastmasters suitable for youth? I guess all the members are working adults. Any way for a youth to join in without feeling stupid coz there's no work experience, and experiences in life of coz are much less than adults.

All I have to do is fart and it seems like someone is nearbye to smell it. How do I stop the constant drama/distractions/craziness/inevitable crap that happens to us in our daily life then only to find out that its really just been handed out to us on a silver platter forced to deal with eating that five hundred dollar steak so choke on it if you may and sew the damn restraunt that spent 10 minutes cooking it, tip the waiter still, though he works hard and puts up with alot of **** oh and he is getting married tomorrow isn't that fabulous.

why do you think girls are not allowed to do several things in spite of saying that we live in "21st" century? on the broader aspect girls are leading in many fields but in day to day life its not so. we say times are changing but are they really? we say there is no discrimination between girls and boys? then why is the government giving lease to girls i think this itself leads to the discrimination!
what do you say?

I have always known that my "real" age is 26, no matter how old I get. I will still be 26 inside when I'm 95.
I started wondering if others had discovered this about their real age and their emotional age, and was amazed to find that 95% of everyone I asked said they had, and almost instantly gave me the emotional age they would be forever.
What was revealing was that everyone's age was a definite number, not just "around this age."
I did discover that you usually have to be over 40 before this applies.
You won't have to think about it, that number will be obvious to you within a minute or so.
Tell me yours.

At times I am not lazy, but it seems like I'm not doing enough on some days and is basically a roller coaster, unfortunately it seems like its more low than high. For example i would clean my room, but then my laziness kicks in and becomes messy again within a week . Also i find myself laying off goals that i make, like make a new song, or do my homework earlier, etc. I just need some good suggestions and strategies. I just hate when i tell myself goals that in the end i sometimes don't achieve them and i want to stop that.
