My friend is blind, and I was wondering that to a few years ago. She said yes. She said she dreams a lot in color.

I'd imagine. Although I would tend to think that if a person was blind from birth, their dreams would be different than one who became blind later in life.
As to what they would dream about is anybody's guess. The blind 'sees' the world differently. I'd hazard a guess that their dreams would be similar to ours.

IF SOMETHING REMAINS UNKNOWN, IT CAN'T BE CONCEIVED, EVEN BY OFFERING ALL THE INSIGHTS OF KNOWLEDGE WILL NOT MAKE A PICTURE TRUE OR EVEN CORRECT BUT IT IS POSSIBLE TO ASSIMILATE ANYTHING BUT WHAT IS STILL A QUESTION THAT WITH OUT A PICTURE OF IT, U CAN'T HAVE THOUGHTS ABOUT IT, SOUNDS LIKE THE CHICKEN AND THE EGG THEORY BUT IT HAS THAT SENSE TO IT, I WAS DEAF AND COULD HEAR PERFECT UNTIL I WAS INJURED AT SIX YEARS OLD. WITH OUT THESE PRIOR SKILLS I WOULD HAVE NONE OF THEM WOULD BE A TOTAL LOSE FOR LEARNED BEHAVIORISM, ONLY THOUGH CONFORMITY DOES THE TEACHING HOLD WAYS TO DISCIPLINE IDEAS TO FORM SO IN THE PUNISHMENT OF TEACHING TO DREAM THE BLIND WOULD CONCEIVE A PARALLAX VIEW OF EMOTIONS POSSIBLY
