My depression is affecting my work, and although I am trying to heave myself through it, in the meantime I need to learn some things, and change my behaviors.

How can I learn to motivate myself and members of my team at work?

How can I learn to trust them and share personal things with them?

How can I build a feeling of team and family?

How can I get them to be confident in me, and see me as a leader?

Excellent question, as these are common problems in the workplace.
The biggest thing that motivates people is enthusiasm. If you are passionate and really into what you're doing, then that energy will naturally attract other people.
Trusting your teammates and sharing personal things with them is just something that comes with time. The more time you spend with your team, the more you will learn you have in common with them, and hence will share more. My old team was so close, I couldn't get rid of some of them half the time!
Building that team/family atmosphere comes, again, from time. And much of that should be out of the office. Whether it's just drinks at the local watering hole or going out and doing something together, it's important to know what your team is like outside of a professional environment.
Being a leader is easy. Your individual teammates will let you know what they want and how they want to be treated, you just have to do that. If you give everyone what they want, they'll give you what you want.

I hope this helps, and keep working hard.
