If so what was the dream and does anyone know how to intentionally have one? through mediation or other ways.?

This may sound weird, but when I watch a TV show where people get a free house or something really good happens...I get all weepy and feel overly empathetic. Is this a bad thing? I sometimes feel that way when someone gives me an unexpected compliment.

I overheard a couple of managers talking late after work the other day when they thought no one was in the office. I found what the one said was quite dispicable. He was giving management tips to a younger upstart manager. He admitted that the way he kept up efficiency in his division was to foster jealousy and envy among his employees (which happen to be exclusively female). He said that he would purposely target various ones at different times for extra attention, affection, and praise (usually unwarranted). He said that this had the effect of keeping the women at each other's throat and not unified as a single group (which would limit his power). I've always suspected "dirty tricks" like this by managers in general -but I can't help wonder if his tactics were actually representative of society on whole. What do you think?

To what extent do you think attitudes can be activated automatically from memory?

The evidence all seems to suggest we activate our attitude automatically but environmental and social factors make us act in a different way (if need be)...

Anyone agree or disagree?

I have always thought about being a psychology major, but I have some questions. Is it hard to get your degree? How long does it take? When you have your degree, how do you get a job? Do you have to intern? Do you work on you own? How much money do you make? I would like to be a counseling therapist and/or a marriage and family therapist. What should I do? My most important question is what is the best university for me to go to? I prefer California but mostly southern California. Please help me.

have you ever been so unhappy that you didn't know why you were unhappy? I can sit here and name off a list of reason's that I could be unhappy but, I couldn't tell you which one could be the "trigger" to my unhappiness. I have been to a dr. I have been put on meds. I have gone to counsling.... and it doesn't seem to get any better. When I discuss the issues that seem to be bothering me... 1 person may tell me its "just life", another one will tell me I am looking at things with a "half full glass", and another will tell me to "just get over it"..... Some days I just want to scream. Anyone have any suggestions on where I should look next for help? I thought I was going in the right direction to feeling better, but now I feel like I have hit a brick wall...

Topic very touching and easily offend form others, who are very sensitive?

Why there so tone of humans are stupid in the world?

Making foolish decision between good or bad, not being illogical, act like a black sheep, making dumb excuses like stress? Our arrogance that we don't utterly want admit we are wrong? Refuse to help since since it make us ignorant and pretend we are betetr than everyone?

Take an example from reality TV show? Why humans want to make a total fool of themselves? Humiliated completely from the world?

Why we can't stand stupid, someone who act irrational to their decision and always make the same mistakes over and over?

Should help to be a good better smart person or leave them alone acting arrogant anf making tone bad foolish decision ?
